Within the scope of Research, the Floresta Viva Institute produces and promotes data and information on biodiversity conservation, preservation and restoration in Southern Bahia and the Atlantic Forest biome, almost always in partnership with researchers, professors and students from Brazilian and international universities. It is based on the production of knowledge that the Institute defines and develops its environmental practices, which include environmental restoration actions, technical advice and production of Atlantic Forest seedlings.
